Dr Dallas graduated from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland in 2012. There he attained his Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery & Bachelor of Obstetrics.
He then took on foundation training in Medicine and Surgery, followed by specialist training in Neonatology, Paediatrics, Anaesthesiology and Intensive Care medicine. He has attained a diverse and comprehensive skill set throughout his medical career.
